Bio:

Catherine Malli-Dawson is an accomplished leader in the field of mindfulness. She started practicing meditation when she was in her teens as a way to deal with anxiety and feelings of inadequacy. She continued to explore various methods and eventually became a certified Primordial Sound Meditation instructor through the Chopra Center. Throughout her career, she has incorporated many of the techniques that she found so helpful in her own life and now leads others to explore tools and exercises that help them lead a more meaningful and mindful life. Catherine is an accomplished author and has been published multiple times in the Ignite Your Life compilation book series. She is also working on a fantasy adventure trilogy that incorporates many of her life’s lessons into the story.
