JYOTI MANUEL
Jyoti started practising yoga in 1974 and has been teaching since the late 80s. She is the founder of Special Yoga, a global online training school for sharing therapeutic practices for children, and in particular for children with special and additional needs.
She is passionate about the wellbeing of all children and offering therapeutic practice to enhance the quality of their mental and emotional health. She firmly believes that the adults around children need to learn to model self care, self love and self respect to honour and support children to thrive.
She believes in the power of therapeutic yoga to bring peace and joy to our lives whilst honouring our human experience.

A Heart Meditation
Our heart meditation offers a journey to deeply listening to ourselves and our inner needs beyond the mind. Dropping into the heart offers a gateway to higher consciousness, our intuition, our deeper 'knowing', away from the emotional turmoil that the thinking mind often takes us to.
Learning how to self soothe, bring some kindness and compassion to ourselves not only changes us, but has an impact on all our relationships.
